This new site is designed with you in mind. It will be quicker and easier to find the information you need, stay informed, and complete tasks online.
What’s new?

- A space for local news, services, contact details, and team information
- Easier navigation and clearer information. Helping you find what you need faster.
- Better accessibility for patients. This includes text size and colour contrast control.
Why it matters
We’re always looking for ways to improve how patients access services. This website update is about making life easier for you – whether you’re looking for opening hours, booking options, or getting to know your practice team.
We’ve worked closely with NHS England and our North East and North Cumbria ICB to make sure the new site meets the latest accessibility standards.
